Dewatering cover material:
I. Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), advantage is small friction coefficient, reducing the wear of wire and felt. Disadvantage is low hardness and wear-resisting property. It’s used for apply speed of forming section below 200m/min, and used for apply speed of felt suction box 500~700 m/min.
II. 99% alumina (Al2O3) dewatering cover, advantages are small grinding control coefficients, high hardness, good wear-resisting. Apply machine speed can reach 1000m/min.
III. Zirconium oxide (ZrO2) dewatering cover, small grinding control coefficients, high hardness, good wear-resisting. Apply machine speed can reach 1500m/min.

Summary:
Complex BOM includes base mesh paper making felt with structure 1+1, 1+2, 2+1, 1+1+1, 1+2+1, etc. It has characteristics of high
pressure resistance, good elasticity, good drainability, stable dimension, removing all kinds of felt trace, long service life. It’s used for the medium/high speed paper machine with composite press, large-diameter roll press, shoe press, to make high-grade cultural paper, paperboard.

Doctor blade systems:
Performance features of double air bag pneumatic doctor blade:
1.Through the effect of air pressure, the pressure in full width direction of blade is uniform, the knife blade and the knife roller surface are in close joint.
2.Line pressure of blade can be adjusted by regulating air pressure.
3.Blade lifting/pressing can be under automatic control.

Polyester Dryer Fabric:
According to the weaving, polyester dryer fabric can be divided into 3-shed, 4-shed. According to the category, it can
be divided
into one and a half layer, double layer and rectangular. According to the connector type, it can be divided into
insert,pin,pin&ring joint, spiral ring joint.
3-shed one and a half layer fabric is suitable for drying papers below 70gsm.
4-shed double layer fabric is suitable for drying papers above 70gsm.
Rectangular dryer fabric is normally used in first several group of dryers, suitable for high grade papers
Polyester Forming Wire:
According to the weaving, polyester forming wire can be divided into 4-shed, 5-shed, 7-shed, 8-shed, 16-shed, 24-shed,
etc.

Suction Couch Roll is one of the main parts for fourdrinier dehydration and transmission of paper machine. The roller shell of Suction Couch Roll designed by our company is made by precision machining with SUS304 stainless steel rolling. The roller surface openings are arranged into a double helix, the opening rate is more than 60%, effectively improve the strength and dewater evenness of the roller shell. Special seal has good self-lubrication and wear-resisting performance. The inner vacuum chamber is welded with SUS304 stainless steel plate, the bottom of the vacuum chamber is equipped with nylon roller, convenient for installation and disassembly. Suction Couch Roll is used in the fourdrinier, to effectively reduce water content of wet paper, to improve the wet paper web strength and to decrease the wet paper web breakage rate, which will improve the operation efficiency of paper machine.
