High Consistency Cleaner:
Application:
High(medium) consistency cleaner is located after pulper in paper industry, to eliminate heavy impurities more than 2mm in pulp and protect the equipments in following section.
Application:
Low consistency cleaner is suitable for cleaning fiber suspension with the consistency of 0.4-1.2%.It can efficiently remove light impurities, hot melt impurities, heavy impurities, pulp rejects, etc. In addition, it can also remove foamed plastics, cork shavings ink particles and air efficiently, which helps purify pulp in stock in the starching and flow system prior to paper machine.
It can efficiently make coarse screen to the waste paper pulp, simplify the processing procedures and reduce power consumption.
Application:
Agitator is applicable for storing and mixing circulation of the stock in pulping and papermaking industry.
Application:
It is mainly used for continuous screening or fractionation, so as to remove light&heavy impurities and coarse fiber. It is located in 1-stage and 2-stage coarse screen, 1-stage and 2-stage fine screen, 1-stage and 2-stage lip screen, 2-stage approach screen.
Product Overview:
It adopts single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pulp pump, 3-6 pieces of full open type impeller, economic operation, strong through ability of medium, can deliver pulp with some air and similar materials at consistency of 6%. Gap between front and back wear-resisting plate is adjustable. Flow and head is stable. In the same conditions, operation cost for single machine is low.
Screen basket and plate is used for outflow pressure screen, inflow pressure screen, etc.
