Summary:
BOM felt consist of base mesh layer and fiber layer. Base mesh layer is weaved with warp and weft by nylon monofilament or
monofilament plying. Different base mesh structure is designed according to different paper machines, positions and paper kinds.
Fiber layer hierarchically adopts short fiber of different thickness. The base mesh of single BOM felt is single layer structure,
with the characteristics of good drainability, small shrinkage, easy to wash, light felt mark, long service life. It is widely
used in cylinder and fourdrinier machine to produce all kinds of paper.
